FAQ

1) Is ordering online secure?

Yes. We take the utmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order on our website (or through any other means).  The server that hosts our bookstore encrypts the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.  During the encryption process, information is scrambled into small bits of code that cannot be read as they travel to us over the Internet. Once we receive the encrypted information, we use a private, one-of-a-kind key to decode it.

2) What methods of payment do you accept?
  1. We accept all major credit & debit cards as a medium of payment
  2. You can also pay cash on delivery.

 

3) How will I know that you have received my order?

After you complete the checkout process, a receipt will appear on your screen detailing your final order including delivery charges, your address, and the items that are being sent to your address. Please keep this receipt for your reference.

You will also receive confirmation via e-mail that 'we have received your order.' 

(Note: Please be sure to enter your e-mail address correctly on the order form so that we can be sure to deliver your confirmation to you.)

4) How do I know if an item is in stock?

All items are in stock unless "Out of stock" is indicated. On receipt of your order if any items are unavailable, we will inform you by email and we will offer you a refund or alternative availability date where possible.

5) What if there are missing or wrong items when I receive my order?

For missing or wrongly delivered items, please contact us at 0505627788 or email us at customercare@shopaholiconline.net and quote your transaction reference number. Our customer service is open from Thursday- Saturday, 10am to 8 pm (U.A.E. time). We will endeavor to reply to your query within 2 working days and we will advise you on what to do next.

 

6) Can I make a purchase over the phone?

Ordering over the phone is certainly available with this website as Customer Support agents are always able to process payments. Their focus is to help you with product enquiries and orders at all means so it can be over the phone 050 5627788 or you can visit our website shopaholiconline.com or you can email us as well at customercare@shopaholiconline.net.

7) Can I get a cash refund?

Unfortunately, this service is NOT available at this point unless the default is from our side. However, you can exchange with any other product on our website and pay for the delivery charges. You get 5-6 days’ grace period to choose another product from the website. This period is calculated from the date of your first communication with us regarding the exchange.
